Cadiz

The historic port city of Cadiz served as the hub for trade and exploration in the 16th century. More than 100 watchtowers may be found there, including the famous Torre Tavira, which was formerly used to spot ships. The 18th-century Cádiz Cathedral, with its dome and baroque and neoclassical features, is located on the seafront.
